RETURNS
We hope you are happy with you order.
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Create the return by filling out the online return form.
The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface or on a carpeted area, in order to avoid any unpleasant markings to the sole or other parts of the product.
Once your return arrives at our facility kindly note that it generally takes 10 days to process upon which you will be notified by e-mail once your return has been successfully completed.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
